If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday, your order will be packed, then dispatched the following business day. Express Orders will be dispatched on the same day as ordered.
With our standard courier service, delivery takes 1-5 business days to arrive within metro areas and occasionally a little longer for remote areas.

Yes - within Melbourne Metro we offer Same Day Delivery within 30km from our HQ (Mount Waverley, VIC).
This applies to orders placed before 9am Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 9am, delivery will be made on the next business day. Please note this service excludes Hospitals, for which we recommend choosing Express Post at Checkout.
If a Same Day Delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be sent with Australia Post Express.

Yes! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order and we’ll do our best to arrange for delivery on a specific date. While we’ll always do what we can, our couriers can't guarantee delivery on the specific date.
For Melbourne deliveries, we can guarantee delivery on a specific day to delivery address within 30km of our Kindful HQ located in Mount Waverley.
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, email us immediately at email@example.com and we will see what we can do. If the parcel has already been dispatched from our HQ, unfortunately we cannot change the address.
Please note that on ordering any of our gift boxes you are agreeing to Authority to Leave. This means all parcels will be left at the front door or in a place the courier deems safe, sometimes even behind a pot plant. Otherwise, your local courier may have dropped it off at your local Post Office (and occasionally they do this without leaving a card! Annoying, we know!).
If in doubt, please contact Couriers Please or Australia Post with your tracking number. Once your parcel has been sent, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with the courier company. It is also your responsibility to input the correct address and recipient, we cannot take any responsibility for incomplete addresses or incorrect addresses. We do not offer refunds or replacements for parcels that go missing.
Our sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged. In the case of damage, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, we offer complimentary cards for any occasion! Choose your card before you check out, fill out the message box and we will handwrite your note and pop it in with your gift.
We are perfectionists and it shows. All Kindful gifts are picked and packed by hand into a peach coloured gift box, complete with tissue paper and a handwritten card.
We also never include invoices or pricing in parcels.
Given we sell gifts, we never pack invoices or any pricing information in parcels.

If you’d like to cancel your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, we can no longer offer any cancellations.
At this time, our floral arrangements can only be delivered within metro Melbourne due to the fragility of dried flowers. Rest assured we are working hard to find a safe way to deliver these beauties interstate.
We use couriers who will leave the flowers in the safest place possible at the recipients’ property. Please note that our couriers cannot keep or deliver the flowers at another time. Once the flowers are delivered we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
All ready-made floral arrangements can be delivered next day within Metro Melbourne, if ordered before 10am Monday to Friday. For custom floral arrangements, we will be happy to discuss a delivery date with you.
