Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across Australia. The exception is our dried floral arrangements, which currently can only be delivered within Metro Melbourne.

When will my order be sent? 

If you order before 10am Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 10am it will be dispatched on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What are your delivery options?

We currently have three delivery options at check out:
Standard Shipping (2 - 12 business days)
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Same Day Melbourne Delivery (Mon-Fri) 

We offer FREE delivery on orders over $120.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel on it's way to your giftee!

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, it will be delivered with Australia Post.

I'd like my gift to arrive on a specific date, can I do that?
